YEAR 3-6 INDOOR NETBALL – WINTER
SEASON:
Starts Sunday 7 July and runs for 8 weeks until Friday 30 August.
Please note: there will be no games played on Matariki weekend (Sunday 30 June) or the middle weekend of school holidays (Sunday 14 July).
GAMES:
Played on Sundays at Action Indoor Sports, Katere Road.
GRADES:
9 & Under Mixed
11 & Under Mixed
GAME FORMAT:
A team will consist of 6 players on the court. Mixed teams have a maximum of three male players on the court at all times. There are 3 playing positions, Attack, Centre & Defence, each with defined zones of play. Extra points are awarded for goals shot from outside the circle.
FEES:
$100 per player
UNIFORM
School sports shirts will be provided to players before the first game.
Parents will need to provide:
– Blue or black shorts
– Suitable footwear
